Program

This optional program which is offered at the end of the free webinar offers an extended examination of stress, anxiety and panic attacks.

Depending on what particular concerns or issues are experienced by a sufferer, further information can often be of benefit.

Therefore I have put together this program of six modules that can help deepen your understanding and strengthen the likelihood of your success to come.

Module 1 – What is happening and why

Explains how our mind works and how it can affect us in a positive or negative way. It delves much deeper into the way our minds work, how it can make us feel that we have little or no control over it at times, and how we can learn to control it.

N

It explains the important differences between the conscious and subconscious mind and how their completely different roles can affect us in a positive or negative way.

N

Understanding how the mind and body are intimately connected and how that connection affects us both physically and mentally.

N

How stress at times can be good for us at times, but more often leads to serious health problems.

N

When affected by chronic stress and anxiety, we understandably tend to avoid anything that we think could make those feelings worse, and prefer to stay within our own comfort zones, which can be physical as well as mental.

Looks at how our thought process affects each person in a different way.
