Everyone who comes to see me has a unique story, and so every session is tailored specifically to you. I don't believe in a one-size fits all approach. Your therapy will shaped entirely around your particular needs, your history, and the outcomes that you want to achieve.
I draw on a range of proven therapeutic approaches - including Hypnotherapy, NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Programming), CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy), Visualisation, and Counselling - using whichever combination will be most effective for you.
